45 ml Peddlers Gin. 30 ml Campari. 30 ml sweet vermouth.

Pour into a short glass with a large chunk of ice. Take a slice of fresh orange peel, zest it on top of the liquid and run the skin around the rim before twisting and placing in glass.

Add two drops Peddlers Qingxi Village Sichuan Pepper Essence.
